The government should stop playing games with youths they have just suspended the registration of self help groups due to mismanagement of registration fee.I ask who's problem is that,why should the young people pay for other peoples mistakes?

  Specifically articles on non-discrimination according to age (Article 27.4), affirmative action for youth with regards to the provision of education, training and employment.
